Parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are prohibited, and there is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. There is a strict no-smoking or vaping policy indoors, and you will be fined $500 if you violate it. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people staying at the unit.
