Move-in hell
I was suppose to move in on a specific days and on that day I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone at the complex. I moving from 4 hours away! I went up to the office multiple times throughout the day and no one was there. I’ve called numerous times from 12:00pm - 5:00pm. It’s a new day and I still don’t have any information on my move-in! No resolve or nothing.

We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially after such a long move from out of town.... Unfortunately, due to an unexpected staffing issue on Saturday, 11/30/2024, one of our team members was a no-show, and the rest of the team was out of town for the holiday weekend. This was an oversight on our part, and we deeply regret that it affected your experience. Please be assured that we are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We are, however, grateful that we were able to accommodate your move-in date change, update your documents, and provide you with all the necessary move-in items.
