My experience at Arrive West End has been positive. I have been treated fairly and have been extended grace and help, I needed through a very hard time in my life. The complex is going through a lot of positive changes. The new acting manager Sunny Poole is doing an amazing job with turning the complex around.

The staff is accomdative and understanding. Everything you need to do to move in is easily available online and it is quite easy to set up.

however, i am taking of one star as mostly the apartment i entered on day 1 was okay but had a few probelms that we have had to ask maintenance to do and its been almost a few days until they took steps to correct it. There were a few dead roaches, broken glass int he kitchen and some hair in the sink, all taking away from an otherwise beatiful space.

So far so good staff is friendly and very helpful the apartment is nice and spacious. The staff has answered every question that i've had without any hesitation. So on my end the apartments deserve 5 Stars
