Can't get ahold of anyone to fix my AC, every summer I've lived here it's gone out or just struggles to keep the apt under 80°. They refuse to replace it and "fix" it when I am finally able to get a maintenance guy to show up. But the fix never amounts to much or doesn't last long. Just today it went out again and i called 10-15 times with no answer, went to the leasing office to find out it is permanently closed and I have to go to one of the sister properties near by. I live in a small townhouse in AVA and it’s a really cute and renovated place. I had a few problems with infiltration and AC throughout the year but the maintenance team was always fast and equipped to solve my issues quickly. The area is great! Close to everything. The neighborhood inside the complex can be a little intimidating but you will warm up to it. I love it!!!

This is the worst property I ever rented.
1. Property management doesn’t care about you once you have leased an apartment and moved in all they care about is their bottom line number of rented units.
2. There are only 6 VISTORS parking spots on the property of over 150 units, they will tow your car and not even care. There are residents that use the visitors parking spots as a used car dealership and take up all the parking spots 95% of the time. They have large car haulers that park in the... front of the complex unload the cars and they literally park them in the parking spots around the complex. Management doesn’t do anything.
3. Maintenance is a joke, don’t even bother putting in a request, they will be marked complete but the work hasn’t been done. It took 3 weeks for them to come replace my smoke detectors in my apartment, 2 weeks to come change the filters in my apartment and git rid of the black mold that was growing in the shower and around the AC vents due to condensation. They never actually clean the vents once they change the filter it is just disgusting, I had to take it down and clean it myself. Pest control is a joke, I have requested to be put in the schedule pre-covid and the company never comes to spray my apartment, I had to do my own remediation and prevention.
4. The apartment grounds are the worst, they have someone that come out, walk around and cleans the apartment but he seems to only due it once a day(early mornings), people hand clothes on the patio all the times, entire old entertainment centers are on the patios, beer cans on the ground throughout the complex all the time, the gate is always broke, the back gate is always open during the day and I can go on and on.
I am sure the question is why am I still here, rent is cheap and I guess I am getting what I pay for. They send out a questionnaire/survey that states “Would you recommend this apartment to others” , such a joke…hahahaha

They took over in March 2018 and I've had nothing but problems dealing with these people. I wish corporate would staff the office with people who know what they're doing.

I have been a residence at these apartments for a while now. The staff is very friendly and is always adequate to responding to maintenance. Very peaceful apartments to live at and a wonderful community.
