DO NOT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The good reviews are from tours NOT ACTUAL TENANTS. I’ve been here since June 2024 and it’s been trash since. The hallways and parking garage reek of weed and there’s trash everywhere. Property management doesn’t do jack about noise complaints. I’ve opened several requests about noise and all get closed with no comment or resolution. Fire alarms stay going off for HOURS so if you have pets and you have to leave them at home a lot i definitely don’t recommend. Property… management doesn’t care to help and they don’t communicate. My emails have gone unanswered every time. They CONSTANTLY get my ledger wrong and add extra fees that are incorrect. The pool is always closed bc it needs to be cleaned. The gates are constantly broken which has led to car break ins and cars being stolen. If the gates are miraculously closed you’ll have to physically drive your car down to let visitors in to the top floor where visitor parking is located. No rules are enforced here. I pay $75 for reserved parking spot bc the parking here is trash and ppl still park in my spot although it clearly states reserved. Then when I call the tow company they never come. It’s not worth the headache moving here. And frankly it’s too expensive when the property management does nothing about the complaints received. And they all have the audacity to have an attitude or be passive when you do present an issue. Oh and apparently we have a courtesy officer who I have yet to see and doesn’t answer to courtesy officer calls. Make it make sense.

Not Clean

We recently visited an apartment for my daughter, who just graduated from medical school, and were shocked by the poor upkeep condition of the place. Despite the promising online photos, the apartment was filthy, with grime covering the surfaces and an unsettling number of bugs crawling around. It was a stark contrast to what we had expected for her first home as a new doctor. The experience was disheartening, emphasizing the importance of thorough in-person inspections before committing to a… lease.

Beware

I completed my application and later that night i decided to take drive around and inside the apartments since the gate was open at 9pm at night. Dirty mattress was laying in the back of the building along with other junk. Inside the parking garage is worse ,overflow trash cans , food bags everywhere, debris on every floor, dirty and with bugs/flies. This is not a luxury apartment. If cleanliness is your top priority this is not the place. Not to mention i sent an email and it took 4 days for… the lease office to reply over something so simple as me asking about security for the apartments. They did reply back and let me know security is not on premise, and they do not provide security for the apartments. You've been warned. And if you don't believe me take a ride inside the gate (that gate will be open) and the back of the building. I was approved however, I did let them know I will not be moving forward with the apartment.
