Berkshire Medical District

This is our 3rd apartment in Berkshire. Everytime our lease is next to expire we try to look around just to try something new and we always end up here. It is pretty convenient, close to everything, good amenities and all for a very fair price. Trying to move out of here is paying more for less. It has its downsides as well, hallways are quite dirty and the pool is very crowded during the summer; that's nice if you are single and young but not that much when you have a baby like us. Maintenance is very quick to respond, management are very friendly, we have parcel pending which is the best thing you can have for your packages and unlike other reviews say, we've rarely heard our neighbors and we know there are kids in the apartment that's above us. I can not have picked a better property to live. It is very well kept and the staff is amazing. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that I may have, and the home was cleaned perfectly. I do not hear my neighbors and the parking lot at night is very quiet. The amenities are really great, and the fitness center is very convenient. Everything is in a less than 5 mile radius and I love that about this location. I am happy I chose to live here at BMD.

Overall the complex is great. Good apartments with good amenities. It's got a HUGE dog park so it's great if you have dogs. Very quiet and close to everything. The only complaint I have is that it's got a large dog park which is a huge attraction for many looking to rent, but there's nothing else to it. There's no water which is very frustrating, no shade, and if you have a small dog it will be able to slip through the fence. Overall I would give it a 8 out of 10.

Love living in this community. Easy access to Dallas North Toll, 35E, and 75 Central. Great finish outs and lots of windows in units. You can hear Love Field planes if that matters.
