Place is dirty, nothing works
The carpets on the 4th floor are dirty, has dog poo smeared into it and no one ever vacuums or washes it. The hot tub has been broken for over 2 years, freight elevator has been broken for several years and no one will fix it because they don’t want to spend the money. Management doesn’t seem to care about cleaning up the place. Dog urine all over the floors in parking garage, never gets power washed. Gates are always broken so anyone and everyone can come in and steal your vehicles. Lease... violations are not enforced either. You can move in here and have concerts / dogs barking and no one will ever fine you or evict you. The vehicle registration app doesn’t work but you’ll be towed for not registering. I live here and my vehicle was towed and management won’t even take it off the rent for me. Will not be renewing lease. We will move out and some dirty losers that’ll tear up the apartment can take our place
