Overpriced for how shabby it is
Been living here for 2 years. Have had multiple maintenance issues that have gone unresolved (including water leaks, mold, and roaches). Been trying to resolve issues myself this past year as maintenance frequently marks my work orders as complete without actually addressing anything. The property is great about adding paint/covering up/"renovating"/dressing up the complex to make it "look pretty" but the interiors are actually largely neglected and overpriced. Office staff is half asleep and… apathetic. Would not recommend.
