Bridges at Deer Run is an apartment community in Dallas, TX
Been living here for 2 years. Have had multiple maintenance issues that have gone unresolved (including water leaks, mold, and roaches). Been trying to resolve issues myself this past year as maintenance frequently marks my work orders as complete without actually addressing anything. The property is great about adding paint/covering up/"renovating"/dressing up the complex to make it "look pretty" but the interiors are actually largely neglected and overpriced. Office staff is half asleep and... apathetic. Would not recommend.

Fantastic staff- Feels like home
I just moved here from out of state and the office staff has been wonderful to work with. They gave me so much information about the community and surrounding areas and choosing where to live was an easy choice. I am now moved in and love my new apartment. Thank you to the entire team at Deer Run for making me feel right at home.

DEER RUN
The location was just what I was looking for near all the places I regularly shop and my new job when I moved here 2yrs ago. So that was a plus for me the complex is clean and well cared for and the staff are friendly and helpful. One of the negative is when it's time to renew my lease it is always more than I feel my apartment is worth but moving isn't my favorite thing to do.
