A lot of the times when i submit a maintenance request it is never fulfilled. we get emails saying it was complete but it is not.

Nice staff. Great location. Should you be interested to live here make sure to ask about pest infestations. I inherited a pantry pest infestation and it sucks living here.

they will not return your deposit

dodged emails and phone calls. took over 60 days to mail me a check and its for $100 less than I gave them, without explanation

I’ve had an overall enjoyable experience at Broadstone Sora. I will say that I think Pam is the only helpful person in the front office however. Pam goes out of her way to make sure people are taken care of while the rest of the front office is there to cash a check and get out. The maintenance team is great and knows their stuff but you need to get someone that can fix the garages in a timely manor, or a security of some kind because the garages break all the time and things get stolen from… your residents because of it.
