bad ownership
Rent goes up on each and every contract renewal. The appointments are old and has zero updates. The kitchen has a poor and weak equipment to work with. The refrigerator is small and old and the stove uneven sets in the kitchen, and it needs to be readjusted from time to time. The management are always busy and have almost no time to take your complain while they do have a lot of time to take a new people in for a new rents paperwork.

Ok for the price
I've lived here about a year, and my biggest complaint is that there is no ceiling fan in my bedroom. Texas summers get hot!
Also, the leasing office does not have convenient hours for me to pick up packages, so I have to wait for Saturday to get them.
The Laundry facilities are kind of dirty, and are far from my unit.
Overall, it's ok for the price.

Small, no ceiling fan
Worst part about this place is living in Texas summers with no ceiling fan in my bedroom.
It's pretty small, but the price is good.
No washer/drier in unit.
