It is working, but still needs a couple of rounds Thank you for sending the Pest Control, the infestation of roaches has diminish like a 96 % still there are some popping out here and there kitchen pantry and bathroom , I noticed that every time there is someone at the apartment 3033 where the focus is located the roaches scape to the next apartments, we still need like several rounds of pest service so the roaches desasear Thank you

I have lived here for 10 years. For the last 5 years the property management has begun renting to rude and disrespectful tenants. They party all night long. Play loud music. The walls are thin. And when I have complained to the management, I was told to call the police or property security. I have done that multiple times and when they come, they stop, wait an hour, and start back up again. They smoke and drink outside their apartments in the public space and play their music loudly. Do not move... here is you value your serenity. The people who live here do not care about others. The worst apartment I've ever has the misery of living in. The management is either inept or callous. They will never help you with anything other than malfunctions- and even then poorly. Noise complaints and harassment, they couldn't care less. I've been tormented by awful neighbors for almost SIX MONTHS now. Broken cars in the parking lo, trash overfilling every dumpster. Unending construction that has caused nothing but traffic jams, potholes, and power outages. Awful internet that hasn't... been fixed after years of calling the service provider. My AC breaks at least once a month now. They lie about not allowing aggressive dog breeds I've had people selling drugs and beating women right outside of my stairs. Recently they forced residents to pack all of their belongings by themselves just so they can remodel each unit- but just a couple of days ago they also slapped on these hideous magnetic smoke detectors and sprayers above the stove which made all of the time and effort of the remodeling useless, and now I'm too scared to cook because if I move the smoke detectors I'm "in violation on my lease." What apparently isn't a violation of the lease is making as much noise as you want at midnight and 2am in the morning, and the apartment has done nothing. They don't care that I've had to call in sick from my part time job and not get paid because of lack of sleep and exhaustion. I just moved into my new apartment last week. Love the new fixtures, amenities and the community. Very professional management staff! Great place to live! 5 stars!
