I had a tour a couple of days ago and it was pretty bad. The lady was not able to answer many of my questions, especially around security and pests. The renovates are just a band aid over the actual problems. The units we toured all had similar issues. Dirty bathtub and sink, random sockets that aren’t for electrical, phone cable in the bathroom, broken dishwasher, spray on granite, the smell, etc. The lists can go on for awhile. There don’t seem to be background checks either and they let... anyone in who is “approved”. Apartments generally run down and many emergency water problems show up such as burst pipes and clogged sewer. Expect 2 day wait even for emergency situations as management don't care. They won't pass over your message they will do the bare minimum and once you get mad they'll tell you how they did the bare minimum as an excuse. Management is the worst I've ever seen and stuck up. Check any bad review that they haven't deleted. You will find the management being the common problem.

I dont know what has changed since I have been here but its horrible, right at this moment its trash just sitting in front of my building its been there for 3 days now, I been waiting on maintenance to fix my issues for at least 2 years now, the front office was suppose ot setup a carpet cleaning and I never got that done either, you cant log into the portal for maintenance because the portal doesnt work, this complex wasnt like this when I moved here 4 years ago
