DONT RENT HERE
DO NOT RENT HERE. I gave it 5 stars when I moved in 2024 because they asked for reviews (and Foster is super nice- the only helpful person at Larq) but it’s a solid 2 and dropping. *Update: it’s now 1 star, if I could give it zero I would. There are not really any redeeming things about this place to me anymore- it has a lot of lipstick on it but its not managed or built well. biggest 2 bummers are the manager Eric and the VERY THIN WALLS AND CEILINGS. I can hear everything. All the time. I can... sing along to the song being played next door and I can count the upstairs neighbors steps. Even at 2:30am. The squeaky floor boards in the ceiling are the cherry on top. Your car/your guests cars will get broken into and/or randomly towed. I, my guests, and neighbors have all experienced this. It's just not a safe area. Don’t lease here, I can’t wait for my lease to end.
