Amazing

Decided to move here for the next year and I couldn’t be more excited. This is a beautiful apartment complex and the management is wonderful. Connie and Latoya made the move-in process so easy. If you are looking for an amazing apartment complex look no further, Montelena Apartments is the place for you.

Montelena is awesome

We have lived here for 3 years. The office gals, Connie and Danielle, are very kind and helpful.
The maintenance crew is always on top of any requests. The community is safe and in the heart of Grapevine (can easily walk to Main Street). Good amenities, events, and quality appliances, countertops, etc. I would recommend living here!

Great place and staff!!!

The price for me was most affordable (I checked few places locally), the staff is very friendly and well-supported, and the apartment was extremely clean upon move-in.

I’m grateful to have found Montelena. Thank you!

Great place to live!

This is a great place to live! Management is friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issue is always taken care of quickly. The environment is safe and clean. The apartments have been updated recently and look very nice. The pool is great. Overall a really great place to live.
