Do not lease here! Management is completely unresponsive. I have left message after message trying to get someone to to return my call regarding a billing issue. They never answer their phones and never return calls. Run away fast.

The public areas around The Branch residences are beautifully maintained! It is so enjoyable to live in a walkable location.
Trash service is clean and reliable at The Live Oaks residence.
