Do not lease here! Management is completely unresponsive. I have left message after message trying to get someone to to return my call regarding a billing issue. They never answer their phones and never return calls. Run away fast.

I can only say we REALLY are happy here & so pleased with management, planned activities & the upkeep care & maintenance. The location is great and we are grateful to find such an affordable

The public areas around The Branch residences are beautifully maintained! It is so enjoyable to live in a walkable location.
Trash service is clean and reliable at The Live Oaks residence.
