Not impressed

There are leaks constantly happening, packages being stolen, elevator and hallways reeks of weed and sometimes I can even smell it through my vents. They don’t give you a fob and only have an app so I have been locked out at dangerous hours due to my phone being dead. I found out after that they charge $50 for a fob which I find weird since I’m going to be returning it to them when I leave anyways. I also didn’t realize that there are airbnb units in the building and I feel unsafe knowing there... are random people staying on my floor. I signed up while they were offering a discount but I won’t be renewing my lease at the normal rent of the unit.

Beautiful Community!

The new Magnolia community is stunning! Beautiful finishes, amazing amenities and perfectly laid out floor plans. Definitely the perfect place to call home!
