Patriot Ridge Apartments

This is a quiet small and very nice place go live, very quiet and staff is great. Recommend anyone to live here

The leasing office is lazy, unhelpful, and downright ignores the needs and habitability of the tenants. They ignore phone calls, and work orders. There are roaches and rats, that they don’t do anything about. Don’t waste your money.

Patriot Ridge is a beautiful place to live. I have lived here for 3 years now and could not be happier. The apartments are very well designed and maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you need anything, they are quick to help you out. It is very safe and secure. The view is spectacular and the amenities are fantastic. I drive a little further to work so I can stay here. I have considered moving closer to work, but I can not find any apartment that compares to Patriot Ridge.... I lived here for one year and I would say it was fine. The apartment is nice, they have very quick maintenance people, the ladies in the office are great! But in the last two months both my car and my Fiancé’s were broken into (the doors were locked), they took the change out of my fiancé’s car, lucky he doesn’t leave anything in his. Unfortunately for me, they stole my Patagonia jacket. I didn’t make a fuss though because, shame on me for leaving my property in my car. I will throw this out... there, there was not a week we lived here that my roommates closet didn’t smell of drugs because of people smoking in apartments around us. There were also multiple times I was walking my dog around and smelled it in other areas too. The workout area could use some updates. The treadmills always have problems. The staff at Patriot Rodge has been most helpful and respond quickly to requests. Neighbors are great and location is perfect for commuting just about anywhere in the DFW (if there is such a thing as a perfect commute here). If you are on the third floor of any building facing West, your view will be of the entire western DFW from Mansfield to Arlington to Irving since we are up on a ridge. Great place to live!
