Pinnacle Ridge

Be careful moving in this apartment. They have multiple floodings and all they do is repaint over the flooding and keep the mold inside the building. They haven’t changed carpet and over two years the manager Heather is horrible bad communication and she was just yelling at me just for simply asking a question. Please be aware they have no knowledge I would recommend moving somewhere else.

I’ve only lived here a couple of months and I love the complex! I’ve only had to put in one work order and the assistant manager Ruth had it taken care of within an hour. She even called me after to make sure everything was taken care of properly! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Dallas area!

Upon moving in with the help of the team in the office, they have been nothing but kind and courtesies. I am aware that I am living in Oakcliff and not Highland Park. Great rates and good area right off 30, 2 minutes from Wal-Mart. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I was absolutely amazed with how friendly and eager to assist the management is here. They made everything so easy and stress free for the move in. I went in on yesterday looking for a 1/1 apartment, i was greeted as soon as i stepped through the door by Heather and was so friendly, she helped me get prices and information for the one bedroom. This office was really nice and the apartment that i saw was very pretty. I am doing my application this weekend for sure!
