I went to tour. I was helped by a young beautiful lady. Genesis was very helpful. She kindly answered all the million questions I had. She made sure everything is to my liking and willing to go out of her way for everything to be perfect.Everything is remodeled and new. The Gym is beautiful. Staff is amazing.I couldn’t ask for a better agent. 10/10 definitely recommend. Thank you Genesis.

Remi Downtown has completely transformed, and the difference since the new management took over is incredible. The entire community now has a true luxury feel, and you can tell there’s real care and attention going into making this place better for residents. Yes, there was construction for a while, and of course that came with some noise but honestly, it was worth it. We now have beautiful new flooring, an updated gym, a refreshed office space, and brand-new amenities that really elevate... everyday living.
One of my favorite parts about living here is the location. Being close to so many amazing restaurants and everything downtown has made my life so much more convenient and enjoyable. It’s hard to beat the accessibility and energy of this area.
The office team is also wonderful and truly makes a difference. Aaliyah has been especially helpful always friendly, professional, and quick to assist whenever I have questions or need support. It’s clear the staff genuinely cares about the residents and the community.
Overall, Remi Downtown feels renewed, modern, and welcoming. I’m really happy to call this place home and excited to see it continue improving under the new management.

Since new management has come , every floor is dirty, the outside sidewalks are dirty, The previous manager made sure, that every floor was mopped and cleaned daily, the inside of the elevators were clean, and the outside was power washed 3 days a week. The 9th floor is where the penthouses are and the floors are a mess, you see the cleaning lady on the floor, but the floors never get mopped and paper never get picked up. I have lived here for 3 years, and i have never seen this... building as i have seen it in the last 2 months. I have other complaints, but my main complaint is that they keep the inside of the building floors DIRTY
