Rienzi at Turtle Creek

This building has had numerous issues—including stolen vehicles, a mysterious maintenance crew, and rising rents. Once you move in, the property will raise rents 25-40% upon renewal—pretty ridiculous! All while baiting new tenants in with 4-10 weeks free on “newly renovated” units which are really just bad paint jobs and cheaper finishes with crappy appliances.

The parking garages smell like rotting garbage during the summer, the pool gets too hot to use in the warmer months(when it’s not... closed for “maintenance), vehicles get stolen from the garage(management won’t work with residents to help), and the maintenance team makes cheap finishes.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and have had a really good experience. I was told it used to be condos and it feels that way for how quiet it is and it’s close to everything. I’ve lived downtown and uptown and was just tired of the noise level from the roads and loud neighbors or smell of smoke… none of that happens here. The location is great being walking distance to the Katy Trail too so thats a plus. Management updates through email, and the resident events are probably the best... ones I’ve ever seen. I take no pleasure in writing this, but I strongly urge others to think twice before moving into Rienzi. The issues are widespread, and my experience with the property management team has been deeply disturbing. I have never felt more unheard, disrespected, and deceived.

Serious safety concerns were ignored, property damage (including persistent water issues) went unaddressed, and management’s communication was not only misleading but, at times, intimidating—even after attempts to seek... resolution through the appropriate channels. Residents are treated like an inconvenience, and decisions defy logic.

If you value transparency, responsiveness, and a safe and happy living environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Read More

I love the luxury finishes of the building however the management clearly does not have luxury experience. The dog park is a complete mess and constantly makes the side yard smell like urine. It is NOT maintained at all like other luxury buildings. Rotating doormen that sleep on the job in the middle of the night, and cars/bikes have been stolen out of the secured garage. Rents have gone up 20% when renewals come up and the building has a 20% vacancy.

We were very impressed with the quality of this building and the detail in the apartment homes. All the amenities were expanded and updated which I personally love. It’s hard to find 24/7 concierge and we have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and management. Everything is always so clean and we love all the perks of living in Downtown while being in the quiet neighborhood of Turtle creek. Overall great experience and beautifully designed apartments.
