4000 Hulen Apartments

I recently relocated to another state, but I had a wonderful experience living at 4000 Hulen. During my time there, Robyn was promoted three times, and it was well deserved. She was always responsive, professional, and resolved any issues quickly and efficiently.

The pricing is competitive, and the amenities are modern, well-maintained, and updated. I especially enjoyed the resident gatherings, which helped create a welcoming sense of community. I met many residents who had lived there for more… than five years, which speaks volumes about the quality of the property and management.

After two years living here, and our car was broken into and stolen while parked IN THE GARAGE. The gates do not make it safer, the office doesn’t handle emergency situations well. Suppose to be a courtesy officer here and there isn’t. Multiple smells of marjuana in hallways. Slow to answer emails and bad communication when changing apartments.

My daughter and I were looking for an apartment that was close to TCU and close to shops and restaurants. We are not from the area and the staff did an excellent job of telling us about the neighborhood and where to shop. We did not feel rushed during our tour even though we came in close to closing on a Saturday. We went over the lease and everything was upfront with no surprises. Moving here was the easiest decision we made.

First of all we were under impression that we will get a washer dryer. After we sign lease and about to move in we got a call saying that our unit doesn’t have it but they said they will put one in and increase rent which we are ok. Like an idiot we sign the lease mainly because we didn’t have much options. The washer dryer never came.


The train track is close so you will hear it every day and the fire alarm keeps going off. One time at 7 am on a Saturday for one hour before it turns off.
