I stay there for 2 years.. my apartment flooded several times roaches so bad the be inside your refrigerator! The office staff is very rude and never knows anything when you ask them they cut a big hole in my wall for the new a/c never came to fix cause they remodeling they apartments my bedroom floor is soak and wet
Can’t call the office cause they never answer
They put a new door with a key fog while I was at work and left my door open I came home to a man in my kids restroom they lady told… me it’s nothing she do cause the told me they was remodeling my apartments didn’t care I was gone they just replace my door I had a flood and the maintenance man told me to use my own bathroom towels to get the wet up the 1st year I asked for a new refrigerator because the roaches was so bad they had went I inside I can’t make this up show the office they told me my refrigerator have to go out before they give me another one the dish washer I never used because it’s so dirty and full of roaches the man I called to clean it told me it’s best I never use it
Even though they remodeling they don’t know when a new apartments will be able on the website they state they have washer and dryers but the staff told be they don’t know anything
And they can’t renew leases so everybody paying month to month!!! Peoples need to know what they moving until before moving here

The apartments is filled with ROACHES I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’ve had a problem with the air conditioning which took 2 weeks to get fixed and I’ve had a problem with mold and my apartment had flooding multiple times from the bad plumbing

The pepole leave trash next to the door for weeks and the office does nothing! The staff is not helpful and are hardly in the office. It takes months to get things fixed no matter how serious. And they never can keep a stable staff its always someone new. The leasings agents can't do anything without the manager so if she is out guess what? You get zero help and answers from them. I mean none. I wish I could post these nasty trash pics. But take my word for it.
