Complex sucks, they were recently bought out and just painting at the moment while renters have no AC for weeks. Office informs us that there is no AC units and nothing they can do and refuse to credit or refund our money. Contact office they refuse to provide you corporate contact or even assist and hang up on you.

10000% do not recommend this apartment complex. during this heat in 2022; complex refuses to assist in a timely manner to get ac units or accomodate to us for the heat and no refunds or credit due to this issue and some have been out of ac for 2+ weeks, yet they are painting and making small changes in looks around complex, no guest parking overnight you have to park at a local gas station and pay for parking and still take a risk, towing company that works with apartment complex tow vehicles at... times for no reason, management and office workers are no help and hang up on you without trying to assist you, very rude and not helpful yet still expect payment on time monthly, mold in apartments and still refuse to get that fixed as well.

the outside is horrible as well, parking spots are small, people still park in your paid monthly spot that costs $60+, trash is overfilled, mail box gets broken into pretty often, neighbors at times are super loud and office refuses to assist on sending notifications via email. overall this apartment complex should be sued. The apartments are falling apart. Roaches, rats, dirt everywhere. If you want to replace or fix anything in the apartment good luck. They keep lying through the teeth and postponing fixing things. Don’t move here.

Been a resident here almost 3 years. I want to give apt hunters some context and truth on the amenities. Laundry facilities-while there is “technically” a Laundromat, most of the machines don’t work and the ones that do have trash or mystery liquids in them. Laundry service-I’ve been here since 2019, they have never and currently do not offer laundry services. Gated/Controlled access-there are gates, but they are not used and are left open. They will send a letter out a few times a year saying... they’re going to use the gates and that we need to buy remotes, they’ll turn on the gates for a couple of days, then go right back to leaving them open. Fitness center-There is not a fitness center. That one is a complete lie. The following features are only available in certain units: ceramic tile backsplash, fireplace, upgraded cabinets, and washer dryer hookup. Make sure to tour the actual unit you’ll be in before signing your lease if these features matter to you. Don’t let these pics fool you, the rest of the units haven’t been updated since probably when this place was built. This review isn’t to hate on the complex.
