Best experience

I had the best experience moving into the 23. Everything went so smoothly. I had no issues and Bert has been super communicative on any needs or questions that I had. The apartment itself is really nice. The views and amenities are amazing. This is the best place to live in Dallas!

The 23 is fantastic

This building is well-kept and in a location with gorgeous views. It has good safety features inside the building and in the parking garage. All property staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. Bert, the leasing manager was fantastic to work with throughout the touring, leasing, and move-in process.

The 23 Made Dallas Feel Like Home

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The 23, especially with Bert. I came to Dallas after an unfortunate situation where I had been scammed on a previous housing arrangement, so finding a place I could trust and truly feel comfortable calling home was incredibly important to me.

Bert was phenomenal from the beginning. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the right place for me rather than simply getting me into an apartment. He made… what had been a stressful situation feel easy and gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.

Since moving in, The 23 has quickly felt like home. The building, location, amenities, and community have all been great, but most importantly, my pets and I feel comfortable and at home here. That means a lot to me.

I’m extremely grateful to Bert and the team at The 23 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Dallas.

A Great Place to Call Home

I’ve really enjoyed living at The 23! The entire move-in process was seamless, and Bert, the manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout.

The building itself is beautiful, quiet, and always clean, with great amenities that make it an even better place to live. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend The 23 to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Can’t be beat! Love The 23.

I’ve rented here before and had to come back! Can’t be beat, best place to rent in Dallas by far. Bert is a big reason I came back - he’s very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. The views can’t be beat. The gym has everything you need to stay hot. And the pool!! Overlooks Dallas and is just amazing. Very walkable to food places and the AAC. THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. Literally try to call Cirque or Ascent and you can’t get ahold of someone. What if your apartment floods?? If you’re at… the 23 that wouldn’t happen, but if it DID, someone would ACTUALLY answer the phone. Anyways, shoutout Humberto for the great tours and ask him any questions - he got ya!
