Great building

Management here has been fantastic! Dann and Gillian have been amazing at hosting monthly events and keeping the community engaged and connected. You can really tell they care about creating a welcoming environment and bringing people together. I always appreciate the effort they put into making each event enjoyable and well organized. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and beautiful property

I rarely leave reviews, but I had an incredible experience visiting The 23. Madison in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Great Living

The 23 is an Amazing place to live in Victory Park! The amenities are Fabulous (you’ll want to use them), Nina, the manager along with her staff are great and will take care of you! I’ve been here since pre-Covid and I’m still enjoying The 23 Apartment life!
