Friendly staff and beautiful property

I rarely leave reviews, but I had an incredible experience visiting The 23. Madison in the leasing office was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Great Living

The 23 is an Amazing place to live in Victory Park! The amenities are Fabulous (you’ll want to use them), Nina, the manager along with her staff are great and will take care of you! I’ve been here since pre-Covid and I’m still enjoying The 23 Apartment life!

customer service off the charts!

I visited the 23 and the team that met me was so hospitable and knowledgeable! Beautiful property and great floorplans, as well. I will be moving here because I know I will have a great team with me on board!

Great Customer Service

I've lived at The 23 for a couple years now and I have to give a special shout out to the maintenance team. They are very friendly and so quick to respond.
