The academic is a great place to live close to downtown and has very good amenities. There are monthly activities that help people get closer each other.

The academic is a beautiful community with many special features, I personally enjoy that the community is kept clean and most importantly safe- there is limited building access to non residents and security patrols at night. (Safety was one of my priorities) the gym is top tier and was also a priority. All in all it’s a great community

The Academic is a great mid rise apartment complex in Dallas. The property management team is top-tier, the facilities are always spotless, and the residents are great. The Golf Simulator is a huge PLUS!

Would be a beautiful complex if it was better and managed and cleaned more often. The constant break-ins and car thefts are also discomforting.
