Neighbors are horrible. Other than that everything else is okay. There’s also has some very inconsiderate neighbors that park in your driveway or directly in the middle of the road making it hard to pass

Decent place to live for the price. Limited "guest" parking convenient to my building. Am usually up and about before the first Southwest flight takes off about 6AM. Haven't quite figured out the resident that has the vehicle with an exhaust system louder than those airplanes!!! Also, seems more residents with large pets are forgetting their waste bags when using the Southside of complex to walk their dogs. Appreciate the parking garage has unreserved spots for bad weather parking. Also, like... the locked package room although I will still get an occasional package delivered to my unit.
