Office staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff as well. Quick to respond to service calls. Love the area. I’m giving a 5 because more positive than negative. My only request would be to replace the main gate. This is a gated community…It’s always “broken” this may be a sign to replace instead of repairing it all the time.

I have no real issues. Most of my neighbors are pretty quiet everyone usually keeps to themselves which is nice. I hope things continue this way. I still refuse to use the washers and dryers and hope to get my own installed soon. I'm excited for any future events mostly for the holiday. I have a lot to look forward to.

This is a fairly reasonable apartment, with good enough amenities, except for the fact that the pool is not very clean. Also, the rent is higher than I would prefer for the location.
