The Community Manager, Yvette was knowledgeable, helpful and kind! They are under new management and it shows! They now have have night patrols which makes the residents feel protected, and the pool is well lit!

Old Complex Buildings not worth to invest in?
I am unsure how many administrations have overseen this complex building. The reality is that it is challenging to invest in properties that have deteriorated due to a lack of proper maintenance. As a result, you will likely encounter numerous unattended work orders and potential health hazards, such as cockroach infestations, black mold and inadequate trash management. I pay a monthly fee for valet trash services, yet the service is inconsistent, and the administration has done nothing to... address the situation. Additionally, the windows, door and general carpentry are original from the 1980s and have not been updated. In summary, you should anticipate ongoing issues stemming from years of inadequate maintenance and management’s unwillingness to invest sufficiently to make the property safe and habitable. Furthermore, the price of these units is no longer as affordable as it was before the pandemic.

Indio Management is bad
The apartments were ok until Indio management took over. Now they don't fix anything in a timely manner when ever you need something fixed. I have had a leak for over 2 months that they still have not came to fix! This is not the first time they do something like this. They also lie that they have completed the work order! Do not move in here!

Very great Community/ good customer
Keshia the assistant manger and her leasing agent always go above and beyond for helping me with anything I’m always needing. The community is very well maintained and clean. Very good customer / great at getting the work order for maintenance to come out and fix. I love the property and she always good with answering all of your questions. Always smiling and talking with the residents whenever I see her. Very good at what she do. I hope she continue with everything she does and kept delivering... that great customer service

Thank you, 98Fifty
I have lived at 98Fifty since 2013 and it's been a rough ride...until now. I'm glad I stayed because the new staff knows how to manage this property...the right way. They are kind, concerned, honest and efficient. For over one year, all I heard was "No...no...no..." when I asked to replace my broken, 30-year-old dishwasher. Ms. Robin ordered a new dishwasher and it was installed right away and my A/C was serviced and is now cold again. Ms. Gabriela always followed up with me after each repair to... be sure all went well. Thank you, 98Fifty staff, for providing excellent service and management. Thank you, CityGate, for hiring this staff. 98Fifty just might be my new "forever home."
