Very bad management
I want to start by saying that I noticed many older negative reviews seem to have disappeared, which raised some concerns for me.
I had issues since day one. When I moved in, the unit was not ready, and the floor in the unit was and still is making popping sounds. According to the manager, this is “normal.”
The floor I live on smelled like sewage for an entire week, and I still smell it occasionally. When I asked management about it, I was told they were “investigating.”
The parking entrance... gate was broken for more than two weeks, and the explanation given was that they were “awaiting a customized part.” Shortly after that, the exit gate broke as well.
Trash cans in the parking lot are frequently full, and trash often overflows onto the ground.
About six months ago I parked in a ground-floor spot that had no sign indicating it was not a parking space. The office called me and asked me to move my car immediately. Six months later there is still no sign, and cars are parked in that same spot every day.
Today I received a call asking me to move my car from a spot on the third floor because I was told a resident had purchased it. Apparently, residents who pay for reserved spots are allowed to move them around as they wish.
There have also been ongoing parking issues, including cars parked in the lot without visible permits. There are no reflection mirrors installed for visibility in the garage (although management said they were ordered over a month ago), and people often drive dangerously fast. There has already been a collision.
Based on my experience, I will not consider renewing my lease and I am looking forward to leaving when my lease ends. I do not recommend this property due to the issues I have experienced with management and maintenance.
Very bad management.
