Lovely property, needs some landscaping work around pond due to mud piles. Quite and busy , love the turtles ducks and birds chirping each day.

Not too bad considering staying another year the surrounding area is getting a little bad as all the homeless people are always walking around

EXCELLENT! I HAVE REALLY ENJOYED MY LIVING EXPERIENCE HERE!I am new here to Dallas, Texas from Georgia and each staff has been pleasant, I viewed a few places, but knew this was where I was suppose to be, convient to highwaxys and stores. I plan to renew my lease for another year and Ive only been here about 45 days

The location is convenient to grocery and shopping stores also close to hwy 635 and hwy 75. The area is becoming real sketchy with homeless and lurkers. Overall the office staff is nice and appears to care.
