Over flow of trash. Maintenance need to be micro-manage to ensure requistions are completed in a timely manner for the tenants by keeping two books (Work requistions, completed) so he won't forget to come back. Everyone in the office do not communicate on the same level when tenants give a certain person information effectively to others in the office to help the tentant. I found this out two days before I left from other tenants that it was a common thing that occurred often.
