Worst apartment complex i ve ever seen. I explicitly asked management before moving if i would have a pest issue and the answer was “No”.
I been killing roaches for the past month since i moved in. Can’t sleep properly since they are in my room. Can’t cook or leave my kitchenware since kitchen is filled with them, and was not able to focus on my remote work because they would climb in the walls. I requested different options to resolve the issue such as moving me to a different apartment,... allowing me to break my lease, or even offer me a discount for the inconveniences i am going through… they took zero responsibility and said since i am the only one going through this, i should just keep getting pest treatment(which is included in rent) until it is resolved even if it lasts extra months.
If only this was the only issue i ve faced, there are mice in the patio, clogged bath tub, leaking sink, and the list keeps going.
I can understand the lack of desire to ensure the apt is in good condition before someone moves in, i can understand limited resources to solve the problems, but it is unacceptable to not take responsibility and not offer a middle ground that compensate my troubles…

"This apartment complex is completely uninhabitable due to a severe cockroach infestation. Despite efforts to keep the space clean, the roaches are everywhere—cabinets, walls, even appliances. This is a serious health and safety issue that needs immediate attention. Management must take responsibility and properly address this problem instead of ignoring tenant concerns. No one should have to live in these conditions."

I do regret signing another lease. Doesn’t deserve a single star. The maintenance is non existing, trash everywhere, dumpsters full and stink, breezeways filthy.
It used to be better, never great but what can you expect for the price. I have lived here for over a year and the same sprinklers still broken, waste of water we pay.

So, save yourself a headache and look for a better place to live.

Maintenance is nonexistent, CONSTANT hot water problems, over priced for how non Updated it is, no kid parks, parking nightmare as well and management changes probably every year just a MESS, can’t wait to get out
