Absolutely the Worst Property Management Experience – Avoid at All Costs
Living here has been a complete nightmare. Despite always paying our rent on time, we've been hit with late fees simply because the property management refuses to provide a proper online portal to view our balance or pay rent. They never emailed us an online portal which is the only way to pay rent and see current balances. Since we didn’t know our balance we underpaid and were never told and charged with a late fee.
The townhouse has been infested with roaches for months. Multiple pest... control companies have confirmed the infestation, yet management has done nothing to address it. We've had to live in these unsanitary conditions while they continue to ignore the issue entirely.
Our dishwasher has been broken for months, and management admitted they have working dishwashers sitting unused in vacant units but they "need them for showings." So instead of fixing appliances for paying tenants, they prioritize appearances for potential renters.
They will get you to sign that 12 month contract and once it’s a done deal any issues you might have they will not care. They do not answer emails or calls. If you leave an emergency maintenance voicemail don’t expect a call back or them to acknowledge your maintenance emergency.
To make matters worse, the owner has changed property managers three times in two years. Each new group is just as disorganized and ineffective as the last, with no consistent communication or accountability. The property has continued to decline under this mismanagement. Save yourself the frustration, money, and time. This place is poorly run, increasingly unlivable, and shows zero regard for its tenants.
