Clean, quiet, friendly neighbors. Staff are great. Only thing I don’t like is the parking situation. Can’t get a parking space near my complex. Had to walk very far. Amenities are great.

I have been living here for about 6 months and I am so happy I moved here! My experience has been nothing but amazing! The staff is also so kind and helpful. The communication from the office regarding anything is consistent and in a timely manner. I love that it is a gated community. The gate has almost always been functional and if for whatever reason something happens, it is always fixed within 24 hours. The only thing I do wish, is that there was more visitor parking scattered throughout the... complex especially for us that are pretty far from where it is currently. I know that is more of luxury but it would still be nice! Overall, I would recommend this complex. They are nice, spacious apartments for an affordable price. I am paying the space price as I was as another apartment in Denton, but have more space in my apartment!

We had been here for 6 months and love it! Maintenance is quick and respectful! Love that there is walking trail! The staff are super friendly! Love all the community get togethers that they host!
