Overall, I’ve had a positive experience living at Ascend at McKinney North. I especially appreciate the **quiet and peaceful atmosphere**, convenient location, and comfortable community environment. The property is generally well-maintained, and I enjoy having a place that feels welcoming and relaxing.

There are a few areas that could be improved, such as **limited parking availability** and occasional smoking in areas where it can be noticeable. Addressing these concerns, along with some minor… maintenance issues, would make an already good living experience even better.

Overall, I’m happy with my experience at Ascend at McKinney North and appreciate the community as a place to call home.

I would recommend Ascend @ McKinney North to anyone. Staff is professional and kind, the property is well upkept. They are located near tons of businesses, hospitals, shopping centers, schools and eateries.

If you have this on your list of residence, go through with it. My experience has been wonderful. The leasing office has helped me through this process so swiftly and informatively. Any questions I had there was an answer right away. They’ve gone beyond to make sure me and my kids are safe and also ready for our move. Paige has been so nice and kind to me and my family. This is definitely a great place to live and thrive. The neighbors are very kind and welcoming as well. Nice and quiet area.… Very close to shopping areas as well. All and all 100% across the board.

The units themselves are lovely, neighbors aren't too loud and neighborhood is nice. If only the concrete and stairwells were deep cleaned, the community would feel more like home. I feel this community is only a steppingstone due to the poor upkeep of the stairwells and grounds, I don't see myself seeking out longevity in this place.
