If you have this on your list of residence, go through with it. My experience has been wonderful. The leasing office has helped me through this process so swiftly and informatively. Any questions I had there was an answer right away. They’ve gone beyond to make sure me and my kids are safe and also ready for our move. Paige has been so nice and kind to me and my family. This is definitely a great place to live and thrive. The neighbors are very kind and welcoming as well. Nice and quiet area.... Very close to shopping areas as well. All and all 100% across the board.

The units themselves are lovely, neighbors aren't too loud and neighborhood is nice. If only the concrete and stairwells were deep cleaned, the community would feel more like home. I feel this community is only a steppingstone due to the poor upkeep of the stairwells and grounds, I don't see myself seeking out longevity in this place.

The community is in a convenient location and the apartments have a nice layout. That said, improvements in cleanliness, upkeep, and enforcement of the smoke-free policy would significantly enhance the overall living experience.
