The Oaks offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a private yard with a propane grill. The Mercer includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room. The Bluffs provides two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. The Meadow features one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room. Pedernales offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchenette. The Den Pool House features a large common space for gatherings, a billiards table, a card table, a Smart LED-TV, and a bar with indoor and outdoor access. This rural ranch property in the Texas Hill Country may have limited services compared to urban settings, such as cell phone service. The neighborhood has a strict no noise policy from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval. Security cameras are onsite, and the primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire reservation. Guests are advised to keep gates shut due to an unsupervised swimming pool on the premises.
