We moved to The Local in Dripping Springs from Llano because my husband just started a new job in Austin. We needed a place to live in a hurry and The Local delivered!
The property is well-maintained with thoughtful landscaping and upscale amenities that give it a true Hill Country luxury feel.
The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light. The finishes and appliances are high quality, and it’s both peaceful and conveniently located near everything in Dripping Springs... .
The management team is top notch — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. They make living here easy and enjoyable .We are grateful to be a part of such a sweet community!

I’m very pleased with my experience at Local Dripping Springs. The office staff does an excellent job of creating a professional, welcoming, and helpful atmosphere. Kudos to Christian for her clear communications and patient assistance during the lease application process, and to Kyle and Taylor for extending a warm welcome when I moved in. The property is kept clean and well manicured. I feel at home in my amenity filled apartment with a great design.
