Only 5 days here, I don't have a history with you yet; however, all amenities and services are exactly as advertised. Staff/Management/Maintenance folks couldn't be more helpful. Beautiful quite property. Love my one bedroom with a study. Newly retired and hoping this will be my home forever!!

Everything here is great. I especially love all the space. It’s nice to have a kitchen/living room that I can move around in. The lighting also makes it easy for me to navigate the apartment. And the view overlooking the pool from my porch is exquisite. I think I’m going to like it here.??

A peaceful oasis

I recently toured with Grant and these apartments are absolutely gorgeous! Grant did a fantastic job guiding me through the Local experience. The amenities are top notch, I can not wait to use the outdoor kitchen this summer, sunbath by the pool, or use the co-work pods. From the modern aesthetic of the apartments to the quick access to local downtown shopping, wineries, local farmers market. This is the perfect location for me. I can not wait to live here soon.
