Excellent Management and place

Janie is the person that helped me out today around 12pm. She was very helpful and informative. Very friendly and professional. Gave me positive feelings about this place and when I told her I am planning in making this my permanent residence, she made me feel welcome with a positive attitude. I can't believe the negative comments people can make. Sometimes it's the person how you treat someone will be treated the same back or at least feel like that since they are rude. I have faith she will… help me get this place for me to make it my home and for my girls as a Single Dad. Thank you Janie.

I highly recommend La Palmilla !! It is a very quiet community with an excellent location (Walmart and Shopping Center 5 minutes away) Elementary School, excellent too !! The apartment in excellent condition, very clean, equipment like new, cozy, very spacious bathrooms, as shown in the photos. The always friendly attention of Priscilla and Manager, always available and willing to help. Everyone who works there always friendly and smiling. Again I recommend this beautiful community !!!

Terrible new management

New management took over this facility and it’s been a disaster. The office manager, Janie, is rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. Never in my life have been treated so poorly. There is no pressure on water ans they sell you the filters and sells them!! management and courtesy officer ate horrible. Was a good place until new management. STAY AWAY!!!!

Poor management starting with me rude staffing in the office never want to show units to new customers poor customer service. Pool is always closed

Manager is Rude!

The manager Janie was very rude, she did not want to show me an apartment without my proof of income. She did not let my niece who will be living with me see the apartment. I asked for a pamphlet and everything I needed to rent here and once again she did not tell me anything without seeing the paystubs. I did not like her attitude at all, and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!
