Laundry facility is disgusting, it has roaches and an awful odor than only becomes worse as the weeks go by. I’ve lived here for over a year and the laundry mat has never been cleaned. Gates are always broken and anyone can come in. Pool is always closed or filled with bugs, it’s hardly cleaned. Gym equipment has been broken and does not work since I moved in. Staff never answer the phone and are hardly in office.

Cockroaches everywhere, no matter how much you clean every day. Leaking ceilings. Rude staff that works by favoritism. Raised rent after the first year living there and apartments are really small. The most terrible apartments I’ve ever lived in.

I’ve been living at these apartments for more than a year now and they’re not all that great. When I first moved in, I noticed lots of cracks in the bathtub, ceiling vents were filthy, poop skid marks on the walls, missing carpet in certain areas, some wall outlets didn’t work at all, and there was mold growing in the ceiling too; this was not the apartment that they showed me in the beginning. The manager gave me a checklist to point out everything that was wrong so that I don’t get charged for… it and they said they would fix everything but no one has came. All the times they’ve come to inspect the apartments, they tell me they’re going to send someone to fix everything but no one comes. The new managers that work here now are of little to no help. These apartments were still under development when we moved in, however the building we moved into was completed when we arrived. Everything was new and it felt like my family and I were very lucky to land a place like this... These apartments are equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave (above stove), full size washer & dryer space with connections for both. The entire apartment has TV cable and ethernet wiring pre-installed, so NO unsightly wires running… through the hallway to keep your devices connected. Spacious bathrooms with linen closet and double-wide countertops. There is so much storage space in the apartment that I had to start bringing over some junk just to get full use of it. All units have high ceilings and beautiful ceiling fans (p.s., no popcorn ceilings). Everything in these apartments were all designed with modern aesthetics. The best part about these apartments is the amenities; onsite laundry room, workout room, computer lab, game-room, library, dog park (pet friendly apartments), playground for the kids, and swimming pool. With all this there's also picnic areas with BBQ pits for you to enjoy a nice day outdoors when you feel like it. I love living here and anyone planning to move in would love it, too. Awesome place!
