Lived here in '19-'20 and i loved it left for a while but im glad to be back home ! New management has been wonderful! so many new faces and new exciting things The Grande offers!

I had gone just for a tour but the energy was amazing! They answered every question I had and answers professionally. I did end up signing the lease with them for August 2025, I’m so excited to move in!

It’s confident how close the complex is to the university. Office staff are always very helpful and attentive. However, I think there are some growing maintenance issues. Air filters have not been changed despite multiple requests. This has cause my room to always be filled with dust and it affects my allergies. This was not an issue 2 years ago. Secondly, it does get humid within the apartment during summer months. And lastly, laundry appliances break down quite often.
