My apartment is so noisy with loud roommates and people always speeding outside. It’s hard to get any peace or quiet around here. But overall it’s a decent experience

This apartment complex and overall had a positive experience, which is why I’m giving it four stars. The staff were incredibly helpful friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the move in process smooth. One of the biggest perks is how affordable the units are, especially considering the location. It’s super convenient being close to both local schools and a variety of stores, which makes daily errands and commuting a breeze. That said, the downside is the cleanliness and upkeep... of the property. Some areas felt a bit neglected, and the maintenance could definitely use more attention. Still, if you're looking for a budget-friendly place with great staff and a prime location, this apartment is worth considering. Lee mas

Great experience from student events to service! I love and really enjoy how at The Grande, the staff organize events for students to attend and either win prizes, socialize with other students, get free food, snacks, or drinks, an just have a nice time! I feel like that is very important as well, as a community!

amazing experience can’t complain the apartments are great compared to the last one i used to stay in only downside is the smell of the dog poop that’s left around

Place is chill but hate that the pool is walkways closed ?? other than that I love how there’s a gym, area to study and also a dog park…………..
