Apartment was clean and spacious when moving in. Crystal and the owner are very nice and easy to talk to. They put out news letters for end of the year stuff and when the pool will open and close. There is a dog park and people that live there are very good about cleaning up after their pets. There was always at least one washer or dryer open in the laundry room so I had no issues there. Would for sure come back.
