High Ridge Apts.

So I recently moved into this place and I absolutely LOVED it. The people here were super friendly and everyone kept to themselves. However, my husband and I decided we were gonna use the washer and dryer at the place instead of buying one. We accidentally left our clothes in the dryer over night. Next morning I walk in to get our stuff and someone moved it out of the dryer on to a shelf. I wasn’t mad at first I understood that the dryer was probably needed. Well I get back to my place start… folding the stuff and realize my towels are missing someone stole our things!! If you choose to live here buy your own washer and dryer you can’t trust anyone. When we first arrived at High Ridge we moved into one of their one bedroom apartments, it was just my husband and I and we were okay with how small it was. We moved to El Paso as my husband got stationed at Fort Bliss. Day one of move in we noticed several things broken. Giant mirrors on the closet doors had broken corners, the mirror in the bathroom was brown due to old age, the tile in the shower was broken and the wood rotted underneath. We also found a dead cockroach squished into the carpet… in the bedroom. We also noticed what looked like slice marks in our carpet in the living room like someone took a box cutter and cut squares into it. We’re stuck with our lease but needless to say we are NOT happy.Maintenance came by to fix the tile in the bathroom and put more grout down.... he was washing his rag in our toilet. There were grout chunks and hazy water in our toilet and sink. I am not impressed at how everything is going so far, please save yourself the money there are better options! Read More

Do not move here. Unsafe housing. Cops were at the apartments almost every weekend for varying reasons. Rent raises heftily every year. They demolished my upstairs neighbors patio without even giving me a warning so I returned home to my animals scared out of their minds and large pieces of concrete all over my patio. When I asked the staff about it, they were not even aware it was going on! Save yourself the trouble.

Please never move here. Staff is severely unreliable. Last few months we stayed there every weekend the cops had to show up for something. Not safe. Not reliable. Terrible place and people. Stayed there for two years and rent went up almost 200 within those years.
