Great tenant checking in!

I give this property 4 stars mainly because of the maintenance team! They are very prompt with the maintenance request. The grounds are well maintained. Not good with names, but I want to mention the maintenance guy with the dark beard and wears a hat is amazing! He’s very friendly, approachable, and asked me personally if everything was okay in my apartment when I first moved. I’ve been here 6 months now and moving due to military orders! A lot of shopping centers and stores are less than 10… minutes away.

Lufe at the Shadow Ridge Ive been here for several years and i just want to say aside from being centrally licated with access to shopping, schools, and food its been easy living maintenance is quick and for the most part the complex is kept clean i know its hard to keep trash in the dumpster. I really enjoy living here i would highly recommend it.

There's no place like home

I made the decision of selling my home for apartment living and I couldn't be happier. I have my own maintenance man, pool boy, landscaper. I sit back and relax and leave all my worries to the great office staff. Stone Ridge Apartments have taken me over the rainbow.

Shadow Ridge

I'm in the military. This place works with you if you go to the field but as of a year ago they added a pay online option. The staff is friendly and maintaince is quick of needed. As a parent, I love this place more because they have a little park. Two pools and compared to other places, one of the cheaper pet rents. Also, it's quite.
