Avoid at all cost
Unprofessional office staff thats more concerned about how they look on social media instead of being able to maintain happy tenants. There is a huge parking enforcement issue where they just let anyone park their trucks , including commercial box trucks on the property leaving tenants having to park buildings away. They lost my rent check once and instead of calling me or doing a little bit of research they instead sent an eviction notice all while knowing where my check was. Once we moved out... they tried to find every known reason to charge us for things including a new dishwasher because of a "stain" they couldn't provide proof of. There's a major lack of miscommunication between staff which also explains why they keep changing management. I used to like living here at first but now I recommend people to look elsewhere.

The notice you referenced was not an eviction notice, but an automated reminder generated... when rent appeared unpaid. Once you contacted our team and the misplaced check was identified, the issue was resolved promptly.
Regarding your final account statement, charges were applied because the apartment did not meet move-out standards. As outlined in the Resident Handbook signed at move-in, a receipt for professional cleaning is required at move-out; no receipt was provided, so cleaning charges reflected the actual cost billed to us by our vendor. Additional charges included drip pan replacement and painting due to heavy stains. There was no charge for a dishwasher replacement on your final statement.
