I am disappointed in how my experience at this complex ended as it was not a negative experience until move out. I did not take this as a place that would try to milk you. I was especially disappointed at the threats of collections. They were unnecessary and just rude. Overall, it was not the best apartment and it was not the worst. However, it was not good enough to have to pay this much after moving out. I would just recommend weighing out options and if not receiving your deposit back and… owing money is something you want to deal with. If I knew this was the result I would completely avoid it.
