I lived here for about 2 years and if I’m honest, I have no complaints at all.
They have always made an effort to keep the community clean and welcoming.
If any issues, it was as easy as submitting a maintenance ticket and it would get solved ASAP!
Leaving was hard but had to make the decision that made most sense regarding location!

This is my second time living in these apartments so I’ve have experience with the prior management & the current one.
Ellie & Brianna are amazing, really kind and they actually care about the tenants and keeping the property maintained. (prior to them the other manager was NEVER available, the pool was always closed & it was like pulling teeth to get a maintenance request completed.)
Ever since Ellie took over management, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The upgrades are... wonderful & it’s nice to finally see some positive changes.

The property manager at Paso Norte has been nothing short of amazing, and will do everything within her power to accommodate the tenants at the property. Work orders are always responded to the same day, if not the next, and the kindness of the office staff make living there a wonderful experience.

Very professional treatment by Ellie in showing me the property, navigating the application process, and choosing an apartment. Regrettably, my plans for a move to the area subsequently changed, and thus I didn't need the apartment she offered, but I can surely recommend looking at Paso Norte to anyone in the market. A plus to be considered is the property definitely shows signs of management spending resources on recent upgrades. Take a look, you'll be impressed!

I love management they are very helpful and amazing people that do care about their tenants..maintenance are very friendly and helpful always …I love living here the park is amazing they build a doggie park too and has beautiful swimming pool I love it and it is very safe to live here I recommend it a lot :)
