Well, after reading all the negative comments.I'll like to add my experience with this apartment complex. I've been living here for over a year now, and I've never seen any roaches or any bugs in my apartment, so maybe you weren't clean! Pest control comes to complex and spay even if you don't have bugs.Im just clearing up all the negative stuff people are saying about the property. Manager Bonnie is awesome and very professional and always there to assist you with any concerns about your needs.... All the office staff is awesome, and the maintenance crew is the best Jr. The supervisor is awesome. I highly recommend this location for your living location very quite and affordable. I lived here for a whole year! There were roaches, the apartment pipe busted, and we had to switch units and that apartment had roaches. They made me pay for the damages of what the water did to the apartment like it was my fault. The rental insurance wasn’t worth it that the apartment provided. The sent out a notice after 3 days that’s the insurance wouldn’t coverage it.

Lets start with the fact that they dont have an emergency maintenance person for out of office hours.
Residents come and go, the water system is always breaking, there's always leaks which causes a No Water (many days ) with no notice in advance.
My apartment has been flooded over 3 times in the past year. We are not a young couple leaving here and every time we go they say they are doing their best to fix it but never do! My furniture has been ruined many times because of their negligence.... They raised their rent prices just because they painted the inside it f the apartments.

Dont waste your money with them, the pool is never open during the summer time, office people are rude and not willing to help or hear you out with any issues they are only nice when they try to sell you the contract.

This apartments have had many changes in management and never change their real issues with the buildings.

Do not live here! It all looks good on the pictures and right when you move in, but every problem has been covered up. First off, online is misleading and says that it includes a microwave in the unit, AC, and a gym on site. None are true. The AC is a swamp cooler that barely works. The pool is also not open when it’s 100 degrees out. Our bathroom sink has been backed up and stinking ever since we moved in and management won’t fix it. Our bathtub is peeling which isn’t safe for bathing my baby.... The air ducts are clogged and blow debris all day long inside the house. The floors come up with every step. The cupboards stick together because there are so many layers of paint to cover up mistakes. The toilet drain sticks every time and again won’t get fixed. My baby’s room has flooded twice because of the bathroom sink and it is still not all the way fixed. Management also turns off the buildings water almost every month because of a leaking problem. And then we get charged for the extra water that has been leaking, on our water bill. There is dog poop everywhere outside, including walkways and common areas, even on the kids playground. The metal railing on the balcony is rusted and corroded to the point of being very unsafe. There is a cockroach infestation coming from the washer drain hookups. The residents park in illegal spots which make it very hard to get into or out of the parking lot. And management won’t do anything about that nor the constant noise that the construction makes in the units next door. And finally, the resident app that we are required to use, doesn’t work some of the time. If the payment isn’t posted, WE have to pay a late fee because their app didn’t post the rent. We have been waiting to move out this entire year. It has been one headache after another with all the problems in the house and with management.

It’s a nice place very affordable and good area, some issues though, we came in and a door handle was completely off we tried to call them but they didn’t care to respond Im assuming, the management never responds to anything through email or even calling, so good luck getting help.
