Under new management and they are on a power trip. They had people's cars towed at the tenant's expense because they messed up the dates on the notice they sent out and then didn't update it. They are constantly shutting off the water and the air/heat and then acting like they didn't do it. The laundry rooms are constantly out of service. When you go to the office and ask to get info on the corporate office and they say not that you can't have the corporate # and when you look it up and find the… website there's no corporate number there! you have to email them and they are out of colorado and they are so RUDE! They give the apartment managers full range to do whatever they want I've watched management recently disrespect tenants and also they have evicted people just so they can renovate and charge more . I liked how old management was before now we have new management rent went high and is really bad in getting in contact with them for maintenance wise also there is roaches everywhere it isn’t fair that they are raising the rent for not having everything remodeled yet or fixed their is poop all over the street and side walk and hasn’t been cleaned yet. And my maintenance still hasn’t been resolved.

I've lived here for over two years and have not had any issues. This apartment is very affordable and can help save you money. Its about a 15-20 minute drive to base. The apartment manager is very polite and always willing to assist in all your needs. They have a maintenance staff that is very proficient at their jobs. They also have a pool to relax by for those hot days. Overall I am very satisfied here and would live again.

I’ve been here door 5 years, started in a 2br and now live in a 3br. Every apartment here has so much space which is really hard to find, no criminal activity, very friendly staff and neighbors. Highly recommend it
