TransMountain Apartments

Trans-Mountain apts are a great and convenient place to live. We are military and it’s a super easy drive for my husband. The office staff has been very helpful with any issues that may arise and maintenance team is always on top of the work orders we have put in. Great place and great price!

Everything started out nice but then when summer came around our ac needs to be redone but they are to busy taking their time to try and save a dollar that my family and I have to rent a hotel room because it’s to hot and can not cook food or basically live in there. You would think they would let you stay in a different apartment untill it’s fixed but no. Randomly locked laundry room when they remember so you never know when you will be locked out and not be able to grab your clothes, don’t… tell you when you get packages even when you have a mail slip saying it’s in the office they will say they don’t have it, staff is lazy and disrespectful and act like your interrupting there very important and busy day. At first we really liked this place, for the price we thought it was great. But the first week we lived here our kitchen sink wouldn’t drain so they had to keep coming back. I had to sign a paper saying I have to pay money next time even though it clearly isn’t us that’s the problem. Then I would receive packages and know they were in the office but the lady tells me they’re not there- this has happened 4 times already and we haven’t even been here that long. There’s been times they don’t open… on time and I’m standing around waiting to put money on the laundry card until they decide to come in. Just last night they locked my clothes in the laundry room when it normally is never locked. Now the worst part is that it’s been over 90 in our apt for weeks and we have a baby they won’t fix the air they won’t give us a date when it can be fixed all they say is “it’s gonna be a while” no apologies no nothing I told them my baby has had heat rashes for weeks over this. We can’t cook here or anything bc it gets well above 90 in the house. Just don’t move here. No cheap price is worth all this. Read More

Transmountain apts
Lets be straight...this apts are horrible. Everything is wrong with them. Pluming, water heater, air conditioner water is cut off to a limited amount if water going in them so if it gets een to 80 degrees it doesn't cool down at all. Restrictions of all kinds might as well be living with parents. Limit of peoe you can have in your own apt and limited things you can do in and out of the apts. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
